Physics 6B will cover Chapters 11-13 and 16-21 as below.

We will cover approximately one chapter per week.

Homework – HW is posted on the Sapling website.

Every student must have their own login to this site.

Grading – Grading is roughly:

Midterms (total for both) 25%

HW – 20%

Final – 50%

Class – 5%

Midterms

Midterm 1 – Date: Week of April 13 as follows. Time: M 10-11 for 10-11 class and W 12-1 for 12-1 class.

Please bring a  large PINK scantron (one where you “bubble in your perm #”) , a small bluebook, one sheet of notes (2 sides) and a calculator. Covers Chap 11 and 12.

Makeup midterm – ONLY for for students who missed the midterm – Thur April 30  5-6 PM. No exceptions.

Midterm 2 – Date: Wed May 20

NO MAKEUP EXAM for midterm 2 is planned

 

Final:

Common Final for both classes – Saturday June 6 from 7:30-10:30 PM – location is IV THEA 1- 960 Embarcadero del Norte

PLEASE NOTE – the campus schedule of finals is WRONG. A common final will be held instead as above.
